I was able to get a same day appointment when i called them after a big name in door repairs consistently let me down. They promptly sent out Erik Mundell to check out my automatic security doors. Erik put in the work the other guys didn't want to and even found the mistake they other guys made that caused my problem. Great customer service, great work either. My only complaint (has nothing to do with Erik what so ever) was the 4 digit invoice i received from the company. Great work guys but dang. 💲💲💲

These guys are great. We had our front aluminum door fall off. They were very polite and professional and told me what they were going to do. The technician had my door swinging in 30 minutes with a new piano hinge and it's working better than it has ever worked. These guys are good. I was having trouble with a gate opener to our storage units that had been damaged. I made some repairs but wasn't able to get it to open and close. After talking to Erick on the phone he talked me through what I need to do. He was very knowledgable and helpful because I didn't know what I was doing. He got it working for me but it didn't work every time. He made a late afternoon service call and got it working in a short time. Erick was very friendly and professional. Thanks to him the gate is now back in service.
